Another great children’s book to get is My First Nursery Rhymes. The book has a lot of the classic nursery rhymes that we all loved when we were children (you know, I always wondered if Humpty Dumpty got a migraine from his fall). There is also great illustrations to go with the nursery rhymes. The pages are made from cardboard, so Will can chew and not do any damage. The pages also cannot get torn either. The book is a perfect length for a little one’s attention span too. I highly recommend this book for your kids or a present.

I forgot we even had this book until Madison handed it to me this afternoon. The really cool thing about this book is that it touch the butt of the firefly it lights up (the batteries are replaceable too). Madison like to turn it on and off. The book is the perfect length for a toddler, and it holds her attention. Each page has 4 lines and rhymes. The story is about a firefly who is afraid of the dark. His mother reassures him and takes him on a night time flight to show him it is not scary. Fireflys First Flight is a great book for your kids or as a gift.
