Ever wanted a game that your kids can grow into? Or would you want a game that will take them years to outgrow? If you want both of these things, then you definitely need to get your hands on the Ultimate Spinner game. This game is for kids 4 and up, and I can see us playing with The Ultimate Spinner game for years. This game is 12 games in one! I know we have been able reinforce a lot of what we are teaching Madison with this game. They work with the alphabet and numbers. Some of the more advance things (that we will eventually work toward are the math equations and telling time. There are rules that come with the games. However, I love the fact that there are “Considering Tender Hearts” rules. These rules are for those little ones who don’t have the attention span for an entire game. There is also enough things in here that they can make up their own games! I know Madison liked that the best with this! I also love that the game is very brightly colored and everything is made with good quality material. For those of us who are worried about foreign products, have no fear. This game is made here in the United States in Maine by a family company who wanted to provide their grandchildren a game they didn’t have to worry about.
I definitely see this being a top game this Christmas season. Check it out and you won’t be disappointed.

Can you believe that Halloween is less than a month away? I know I can’t. Madison wanted to be a fairy with wings or a princess. My mother in law has a princess costume that we can use, so she was easy. However, I had no idea what to make Will. He is in a weird size this year, and it is really hard to find costumes for him. However, I did find a some Halloween costumes at the Halloween Party Store that were super cute and that would fit him.

(Ignore the mess in the background and the pearl necklace he’s holding too). I just ordered this for him and it came within a couple of days! It is tad long but besides that it fits awesome. I love that the toolbelt is attached to the costume, so you don’t have to worry about losing it. You can also adjust the belt in back and make it tighter too! This does come with a cute little red hat too, but there is no way I can keep that on a 16 month olds head! I am impressed with the quality and service from the Halloween Party Store and highly recommend you use them for your Halloween costume needs!

My favorite store ever online (the one that I order everything from for my businesses) is now selling t-shirts! I wish they were doing that when I was selling lia sophia, because I would have been a huge customer for that.
However, enough about why I think this is cool. Let me tell you why you want to use VistaPrint. First, they are cheap. I order my business cards from them, because I only have to pay for shipping. If you want a custom picture on your cards, it is an extra $5. Another thing I love about Vista Print is that they have anything and everything you need for a business from t-shirts I mentioned before to business cards to stampers. They are always have sales. Once you get on their email lists, you will find that whatever you need to order is usually on some sort of sale. For example, if you use TShirts25 you can get 25% off any T-shirts that you order! I have also always been impressed with the quality of their products. I have yet to receive a product that I did not like!
I can only say lots of good things about Vistaprint. I would highly recommend them for all your personal and business needs.

Often when we are in the doctor’s office, we see Highlights. For many of your who are in my age range, we all pretty much remember Highlights. It is one of the few magazines that is for children and is educational. My only issue with Highlights is that it is for old kids, and I have younger ones. When I found out that Highlights now makes High Five, I was estatic. High Five is for preschool age children, and it is a huge hit in my house. When Madison’s magazine comes, she literally will spend an hour flipping through it herself on the chair. That is even before we sit down together to do some of the activities! I love that it is right at her level. You aren’t going to find a small business for sale or a crossword puzzle. Instead, there are stories and activities that you can do with with your children. In my latest issue, we learned how to make bathtub crayons and chocolate covered bananas.
If you are needing a gift for a preschool age child or have on yourself, make sure you subscribe to High Five. It is the only magazine I have seen on the market for that age group, and you know it is quality since it is made by Highlights!
