On a more serious note, this book is made from 100% recycled materials and literally has 50 crafts that you and your children can do. I love that the majority of materials that these crafts need you will have in your house (I do have to admit that I had to run to Michael’s to get pipe cleaners). You can make everything from bugs to a mobile to a vase to a planter box. Many of the crafts will make you wonder “why didn’t I think of that?!?”. I have to admit that the school bus you can make with an egg carton is beyond cute!

If you want to teach your kids about recycling, this is the book. 50 Ways To Get Your CartOn is great for activities to do in the house that cost next to nothing, and it’s a great way to reuse and recycle!

I am always a fan of anything covered in chocolate. However, when you cover pretzels in chocolate, you know they are going to be good. However, I’ve actually never tasted anything as good as Fretzels. Bill, my hubby, actually wants me to order more! That’s how much he loved them!

Fretzels by Jill are hand-dipped designer gourmet chocolate covered pretzels that are drenched in milk, dark, or white chocolate and adorned with a variety of candy toppings. You can pretty much get whatever you want on your pretzel. They even have specialty flavors like SugarPlum and Eggnog, and their latest Fretzels pretzel Bark – available in Espresso and Peppermint for the holidays. Each Fretzel is made with the perfect pretzel to chocolate and topping ratio, providing a multi-sensory taste experience with every bite.

Fretzels are a perfect stocking stuffer or gift for Christmas. By far, these are some of the best pretzels I’ve ever eaten, and I can only highly recommend them!

This has been cross posted on Lisa Cooking.

My kids LOVE this. I just can’t say LOVE enough. Capitalizing LOVE doesn’t even describe it. Basically, what the Moo Mixer is a push button mixer. However, it’s easy enough for both my kids (2 and 5 to use). They actually fight over who can do their milk first (I also have chocolate milk lovers in my house too). This is how easy this is:

Add milk:

Add chocolate:

Hit button to stir:

It is that easy! Granted, a spoon is much cheaper, but nowhere near as fun. We actually hide it from the kids when not in use, because otherwise, all they would do is play with it. I would recommend the Mr. Twister Moo Mixer for any house who has little ones that like chocolate milk.

Does anybody still remember MacGyver? Do you remember how he could make all those crazy gadgets by using whatever he had on had? He was always able to escape using the oddest things and get the bad guys. Well, real life isn’t that far off from some of the things he was able to come up with. The Sneaky Uses Book series brings us all one step closer to being a MacGyver in our own homes.

The first book in this series of books is Sneaky Uses For Everyday things. From this book, you can learn how to make a megaphone, convert your radio into an aircraft broadcast receiver, and make a flood alarm. There are 80 things in here you can make (and that doesn’t include the bonus applications), and each of these are made from things you should easily find in your house! There are no extra shopping trips needed to pull this stuff off.

The next book is Sneakier Uses For Everyday Things. This book will show you how to make an antigravity rollback toy, a hovercraft toy, and even a breathing device! This is an additional 40 items for you to build in your house!

The next book in the series is the Sneakiest Uses For Everyday Things. Again, all of these things can be made from items you just have laying around. I’ve learned how to make a calculator, a magnifier using only a paperclip and paper, and a mini boomerang. This book has an additional 40 projects for you to try out! Like the other book, it also gives you step by step directions and illustrations to show you how to make these awesome items.

The Sneaky Book For Boys is right up any boys alley. They can learn how to get drinking water from plants, make a periscope, and make an emergency flotation device. I love that at the end of the book there is a list of other books and resources to check into. You can keep the learning experience ongoing then. There is also a section in the book for sneaky animals. You can read all about spider and lizards that are sneaky (and right up a boys alley).

We don’t want to leave the girls out, so there is also The Sneaky Book For Girls. Here we can learn how to make a drawer alarm, make milk into plastic, and how to make batteries.

These books definitely make excellent stocking stuffers for anyone in your house. The activities can be used in the classroom, for homeschooling, and just for fun too! I got a kick out of reading how to make some of these items and I definitely felt my inner MacGyver wanting to come out!

Another website you should check out if you are pregnant or know someone who is Bazzle Baby (actually, if you have a toddler check it out too!) They have some of the most sylish awesome products there.

Now, the first product of theirs I love is their Big Bib. This works great for babies. However, it works even better when your toddler is trying to feed themselves. That is where we are in my house, and I am always looking for great products that keep my son’s clothes clean. I love that the back of the bib is soft, so that if does touch your baby’s skin, it won’t be irritating. It is also machine washable. There are several styles that you can pick from too. It is also very absorbant (which is really awesome when your son is trying to feed himself cereal and milk). I love any product that allows me not to have to change Will’s clothing several times a day.

Now, I love the Big Bib, but I absolutely adore the Banda Bid they have. I swear it is the cutest thing I have ever seen. Like the Big Bib, the inside is soft, so if it touches your baby’s skin, you shouldn’t have an issues. I love how it is stylish yet so very functional. It is hard to keep a baby dry when they are teething, and this definitely does that. I also love how people just assume it is part of the outfit you have your kids in. This is also machine washable (which every mom has to love). You can even have this set up right under their lip and protect their chins when they are drooling the worse (and hopefully avoid soreness and chafing). I swear this is the most functional baby accessory I have ever seen.

Now, I don’t have any of their burp cloths (though they call them burpers). However, I am impressed with the quality of the two products I do have, so I know these should be just as good. They too are super stylish.

This is definitely a site you need to check out for the babies in your life and their parents.
