If you are thinking about going here, don’t. I just spent the last couple of days there, and I was not impressed at all. The hotels are severely overpriced for what you get. Stars don’t make a difference. The four star we were suppose to stay in originally was worse than some one star hotels I have been in. I will be going into more detail over at My Road Less Traveled By later today about what I thought about the specific places we ate and stayed. Everything just seemed really expensive and overpriced. It is a great town I think if you are there to party, but for anything else, I wouldn’t recommend it at all!

Hotels by City has a great list of city guides if you are trying to figure out where to go on vacation. They have everything from an Australia Hotel Guide to the United States to Europe. They not only tell you which hotels are in the area to stay, but they give you a guide to the city. I checked out two different cities. The first one was Arizona, since we are going there in February. Since we have not decided what we are going to do once we get there, I thought it would be great to start checking that out. To see how good the guide really was, I checked out the guide for Green Bay, Wisconsin. That is where I grew up and know the best. I was impressed with the guide since they mentioned stopping at Heritage Hill. That is not a place that makes a lot of tourist guides. However, it is an awesome place. They give you a glimpse into life into the 18th century. Hotels by City also gives you links to Chamber of Commerce and the Visitors Bureau too. This is a one stop shop to help you plan your vacation. I know when it gets closer to our trip to Arizona, we will be stopping here.

Now it’s not a dream to find cheap cruise vacations or the cheap airline tickets. On Internet you can easily search for different flights with cheapest airline tickets. The travel distances which were very large in the past are now very less due facilities like airline companies and hotels. Now you can find hundreds of flights to each and every destination. Several flight discounts are also offered by many airlines.

Hotel Reservations is one of those sites you do not ever think you will need until you decide to plan a vacation. Then you are thankful that there is such an easy way to get the best deal on hotel rooms. You can even search rental cars and airfare! All you need to do is fill in a few spots with your vacation information (like when you plan to arrive and depart) and hit search. Now, all of the hotels in the area are listed with their prices (for each of the nights since weekends tend to be more expensive). They also have listed their rating (as in if they are 5 star resorts). You will find everything from a one star all the way up to 5 star resorts listed. Once you have decided on your hotel, you can look at a brief description, pictures, a list of its amenities, and area attractions. If you decide that this is still the hotel for you, you can book right from the site! I have talked to several people who have used Hotel Reservations to book hotel rooms for their vacations, and they have all been happy with their service.
Different hotels and resorts are big attraction for tourists, especially in summer season. To enjoy your holidays in a nice way several low cost vacation packages are available. To enjoy a cruise line travel on a holiday is a perfect idea. Many car dealers provide discount car rental you can also get car rental coupons, which provide you special discount on different terms and conditions. Some airlines provide free airline tickets on different schemes and lotteries to get the attention of the public.

Discovery Channel has struck gold again with their show Survivorman. This is one of Bill and mine favorite shows out there. It is about Les Stroud he gets dropped off in all sorts of situations that he a week to find his way out of. He is left with a few supplies that normal people would have if they were lost in the wilderness. He has no crew and has 50 lbs of camera equipment to log around too. He shows you how to survive in the snow, desert, jungle, and a lot of other places. I like Survivorman better than Man vs Wild, because Les is so much more believable (especially since the reports that Bear –the host of Man Vs. Wild– often spent the night in hotels instead of out in the wild). He doesn’t take the chances that Bear does, and I find Les much more down to earth and likable. The chances of you ever needing this information are small. However, it is a very interesting show to watch. I cannot wait till the new season comes out!

We tried this today for lunch, and let me tell you, it was a big hit at my house. Madison is loving that she has fishies swimming in her soup (that’s what she told me they were doing). The fish taste great too! The goldfish are included with the other noodles. You can add goldfish crackers if you want. The soup is super easy to make. It isn’t like having to lay fiber cable. All you do is dump the soup into your pan, add in a can of water, and cook away. It took about five minutes. This soup was not any more expensive than regular chicken noodle soup, so I will definitely be buying it again.
After having this soup, you may not have to look at cruise vacations or
cheap cruises this winter to keep warm. It definitely warms you up from the inside out. However, if you still want to look at a cruise or
cruise travel vacation, go right ahead. You just can’t use the cold as your excuse. There are many resorts, cheap hotels, and las vegas resorts that you can stay at in a warmer climate compared to the snowing and freezing here. Anybody know when spring is coming?

I saw this over at Mom Reviews and I had to pass it on. Having been in the marching band in high school, this definitely brings back some memories. The kids in this marching band are definitely cool.
Usually, if you are in the marching band, you are a geek. It isn’t like the outfits you wear for the marching band are trendy. You don’t get anything like sexy boots to wear. However, we never got to any formations as cool as this:
These kids are definitely cool. The funny thing is that you can tell how old you are by how many formations you recognize. Why is this on my review blog? Well, this is one of the best marching bands I have ever seen. Tetris or Zelda, anyone?
These kids definitely deserve some time at some very fancy las vegas resorts. If they can’t afford that they should look into some cheap flights to new york or other cheap flight deals. Since hotel reservations are super easy to make nowadays, any one of these student should be about to get discounts on hotels and some great hotel deals. I am not sure about cheap car rental though. Since these kids would be under the age of 25, it is a tad more expensive for them to rent a car.

You may have read on My Thoughts, Ideas, and Ramblings about our trip to Arizona. I tend to use Trip Adviser to decide what hotels we should stay at. One of the things that annoys the heck out of me is the people on there complaining about the fact that their room doesn’t get clean for the time they are there. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. Sorry, but it is seriously getting on my nerves. A timeshare is basically a condo that you are renting for a week. Not a hotel. You need to pick up for yourself. Really, it is not that difficult. Then people complain because there is a fee. Um, yeah. That fee is because there is an exchange charge. It is written in big print in the book you picked the condo out from. The timeshare we are using is my inlaws not mine. For some reason, I understand this better than they do.
I realize this doesn’t really fall under a review. However, if you are going to to write a review about something, please know what you are talk about.
