We are excited at my house that football season is starting. We recently bought a big screen and were awed when we watched a preseason game on it on Sunday. It’s amazing what a little HD does for your television watching. With that being said, some of my fantasy football drafts have already started. I use to always pick Brett Favre (I am from Green Bay, and well, he’s the best quarterback ever). After that choice, I pretty much follow the newspaper and ESPN (since the hubby watches it every day). This year, however, I’ve come across WaiverWire which looks like it will save me a ton of time. I’ve got till the week before regular season to get my draft picks ready. If you sign up for the FREE Stimulus Package (which is what I did), you’ll get:

Seriously, what more could you ask for? I personally love the leaders and the rankings which should really help me. The 100 local papers also helps, because my local paper only covers so much. You are able to get a much better feel for the non-big name players. This is free, so if you have a draft coming up, make sure you check it out like I did! You won’t be sorry!

Yes, you are reading the title of this post correctly. This is one of Bill’s stocking stuffers this year. The Caesar Featherie golf ball is designed for golfers more concerned about accuracy than distance. It keeps them out of the rough. These golf balls are perfect for Par 3 and Par 4 courses. Since Bill has a terrible hook and slice, these are perfect for him. This ball also putts better than any ball on the market, since it goes where you want it to go. If you are still looking for unique gifts for the golfer who has everything, this will definitely not be expected.

Do you know anyone who is a sports fan? If so, you need to get them one of these Bergino’s baseballs. I own two of these, and they are awesome. Not only do you get a cool looking baseball, you get a piece of turf that goes underneath. They definitely are a talking piece for everyone who sees them. I know that every person who has seen them in my house has asked where we got it from. Now, they have ton of choices. You can get a baseball with your hometown (if its a big city like Chicago, New York, Boston, etc.). They also have peace ones like the one above. Some other unique ones are It’s A Boy, Constitution of the US, and Happy Holidays just to name a few. They have way more styles to pick from. You can even get mini bat pens and a baseball glove business card holder.
If you need a great gift for the guy in your life that has everything, this is definitely it.
