I picked up my Dyson DC25 Ball All-Floors Upright Vacuum Cleaner almost a year ago, and it’s one of the best vacuums I’ve ever owned.  I personally am a bagless fan.  You don’t have to worry about not having a bag on hand.  If you ever wondered what your vacuum wasn’t picking up, the  Dyson DC25 Ball All-Floors Upright Vacuum Cleaner will definitely show you.  Before we switched to this vacuum, I vacuumed Will’s room with our old Hoover.  I then used this and filled the entire canister.  Will’s room is only 9′x11′.  Crazy, I know!  Not only does this vacuum work on carpet, it works great on hardwood floors too!  I have used this vacuum in every room in my house.  It just amazes me what it picks up.  Now, I think one of the few things it can’t pick up is pretzel rods.  I think I’ve tried pretty much everything too — crackers, playdoh, etc.  The handle also pulls out so you can easily get up high places and even steps without too much trouble.

Now, I know that the Dyson DC25 Ball All-Floors Upright Vacuum Cleaner is only the pricey side.  I thought the same thing.  However, sometimes you have to spend money to get quality, and the Dyson DC25 Ball All-Floors Upright Vacuum Cleaner is definitely a quality machine.

We recently were sent Soft Scrub Total Bath & Bowl Cleaner to try out.  Right now, I use several cleaners in the bathroom — one for the toilet, one for the sink, and one for the shower.  My bathroom is not that big, so something that would allow me to use less products is definitely welcome in my home.  That is where Soft Scrub Total Bath & Bowl Cleaner comes in.  This product can be used on everything in your bathroom.  You can choose whether to have to spray foam or just spray depending on your cleaning need.  (I’ll be honest — I’m a foam girl.  I just used that on everything).  The coolest part of this cleaner is that you can turn the bottle upside down and it still sprays!  To clean the toilet, I had to turn the bottle upside down, and not one problem occurred.  It sprayed just like it would right side up!

I have to apologize for the not so great picture of a great product that I can’t say enough about. (I tried taking it with the light on and it was way worse).  See those butterflies hanging off Madison’s fan?  Those are Fandanglings, and they are awesome!

staSAFE is non-alcohol, non-toxic, all-natural hand sanitizer.  It kills germs on hands for up to two hours which is much longer than traditional alcohol rubs (which pretty much stop killing germs once the alcohol evaporates).  Unlike other hand sanitizer, this doesn’t dry your hands out if you use it a lot (I’m guess that is because there is no alcohol in it).  I like not having to worry that my kids might ingest this.  This also has not been tested on animals and doesn’t contain parabens, phthalates, formaldehydes, or steroids.  It’s a high grade moisturizer, as well as a sanitizer.  Who can’t use that especially with the H1N1 virus going around?

There are certain scents I associate with the holiday time. For example, if I smell pumpkin pie, I think Thanksgiving. If I smell pine needles, I think Christmas. Glade must know this, so they came out with some great holiday candles.  Some of the yummy (and I mean yummy flavors) Glade has this year include Bayberry Spice, Homemade Gingerbread, Hollyberry Wreath, Peppermint Crush, French Vanilla, and Apple Cinnamon.  There is nothing better than walking into your house and smelling gingerbread or cinnamon.
