I often get asked how I manage five blogs, 2 kids, a busy husband, and a part time freelancing job without going insane.  The answer is that I stay organized.  I recently came across a free awesome site that has helped in my quest of not going insane with everything.

Cozi is one of those sites that you don’t know how you lived without it.  I am able to track everyone’s crazy schedule (Will & Madison have a class on Mondays, and she has preschool on Tuesday and Thursdays plus Bill and I both have meetings and conference calls).  I also able to track my shopping list (which came in super handy on Friday when I decided I wanted chili and had no ingredients for it.)  It even syncs up with Outlook, so if my husband is not in the office, he can still see what is going on here, and why I may not be answering the phone (usually it is a conference call, and I just can’t say oh wait I have another call on those).  It even has a messaging system, so I can remind my husband to pick up a gallon of milk on his way home from work.
