We have five cats and a large dog who sheds like a beast! I like that the FurBuster gets loose undercoat as well as top coat because our dog has a thick undercoat. Before getting her I never knew dogs could shed so much, and for so long! They tell us it may be because she was an outdoor dog before we adopted her and she’s adjusting to spending more time indoors.

hate the clumps when they are shedding and when they are not but bad when shedding – hate brushing because it seems to hurt them and anything to make it simplier and less of a pain is best for me

Being able to groom our (three) pets at home would have several advantages, including:
1) Saving money. At an average of ~$45 per pet at our vet’s, the FurBuster would pay for itself after just one use.
2) Saving time. When our schedule dictates instead of when the vet’s groomer has an available opening for all three.
3) REAL personalized care. No boarding, no rushing and frequent “treat” breaks.

I bought the “Furbuster” and was very disappointed. I didn’t work as well as the horse shedding brush I usually use on my dogs. I am taking it back for a refund at Walmart
